Sophie Friis

Sophie Friis currently holds the position of Director Sales for the Nordics at Ambu A/S since May 2024. Prior to this role, Sophie served in various high-level positions at Zimmer Biomet EMEA from September 2015 to May 2024, including Director Commercial CMF & Thoracic and Director Sales for Spine, CMF & Thoracic in the UK & Nordics, with a focus on new business development and international sales. Sophie also held the role of Regional Manager Sales, CMF & Thoracic for EMEA and Sales Manager for CMF & Thoracic in Asia, emphasizing pricing strategy and marketing. Earlier career experience includes a tenure at Biomet as Senior Marketing Manager for the Pacific Rim and Marketing Manager for both the Pacific Rim and EMEA regions. Sophie holds an Executive MBA in International Business from H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business & Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
