Rishi Jain is an experienced analytics leader with a strong background in people products and analytics across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Analytics Leader at Ambuja Cements Limited, Jain previously held the position of Head of People Products and Analytics at Adani Group. Additionally, Jain is a founding member of Hacking HR's Experts Council and has served as General Manager of People Product and Analytics at Schneider Electric, as well as occupying the role of Technical Product Manager and Data Science Manager within the same company.
