Lee Gordon

Lee Gordon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce planning and human resources across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Workforce Planning, People and Culture at Ambulance Victoria since November 2015, Lee oversees recruitment, performance management, and HR systems while leading an organization-wide transformation aligned with the new corporate plan. Prior to this role, Lee worked as an HR Business Partner at Wesley Mission Victoria, focusing on disability management and organizational change due to sector reforms. Lee's career began at Victoria Police, where diverse roles included Manager of Workforce Management, Strategic Project Manager for the People Department, and Senior Project Officer for the Transfer & Promotion Unit.
