Rebecca Reed

Rebecca Reed currently serves as the Director of Clinical Governance & Performance at Ambulance Victoria since August 2025, focusing on evidence-based and patient-centered clinical governance. Prior to this role, Rebecca held the position of Director of Quality and Improvement at The Royal Melbourne Hospital, where responsibilities included leading clinical governance and strategic improvement initiatives. Rebecca's previous experience at Safer Care Victoria included directing the 100,000 Lives Program and leading improvement teams. Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Health Service Management from Charles Sturt University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Occupational Therapy and Public Health from La Trobe University.
