Doug Galante is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market research and customer insights, currently serving as Senior Research Manager at AMC Global since August 2020. Prior roles include Senior Analyst at DuckerFrontier, where Doug led B2B industrial market research projects, and Senior Analyst at ForeSee, focusing on customer experience analytics across various industries. Earlier experience includes managing quantitative studies at Gongos Research and conducting loyalty research at R L Polk. Doug's career began with positions at Synovate, Kmart, and Walt Disney World, building a strong foundation in research methodologies and project management. Doug holds an MBA in International Business from Oakland University and a BBA in Marketing from Western Michigan University.
