Sian Douglas

Sian Douglas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sian started their career as a Technology Consultant and Intern at Richard Batstone MDPA in 2014. Sian then worked as a Committee Member at McCulloch Center from 2014 to 2017. In 2016, Sian had an internship as a Summer Housing Intern at AIRINC. Sian also worked as a Phonathon Manager at Mount Holyoke College from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they joined DDB Management as a Strategic Marketing Analyst Intern. Concurrently, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Boston, where they assisted professors in econometric and microeconomics courses. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Housing Research Associate at the American Enterprise Institute, conducting research projects and managing data. Currently, Sian holds the position of Project Director at AMC Global.

Sian Douglas received their Master's degree in Applied Economics from UMass Boston, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Mount Holyoke College, graduating in 2017. Sian completed their high school education at John Bapst Memorial High School, where they received an Advanced Placement (AP) diploma between 2011 and 2013.
