Craig Ramsey

Craig Ramsey has extensive experience in financial leadership and governance, serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at AMC Theatres since June 2007, and as a Board Member for multiple organizations including National CineMedia and Open Road Films. With a career spanning over four decades, Ramsey's roles have included significant financial oversight and strategic management, notably at Frank Paxton Company as Executive Vice President and CFO, and as Vice President of Accounting at Mid-America Dairymen. Additionally, Ramsey has held various board positions, including Chairman of the Finance Committee at St. Paul School Of Theology and Audit Committee Chairman at Bank Midwest. An alumnus of The University of Kansas, Ramsey holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on accounting and finance.
