Katie Minor is an experienced operations leader with a demonstrated history in the hospitality and service industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at AMC Theatres since September 2022, Katie previously held the same title at Steadfast Ventures for a brief period. From March 2020 to March 2022, Katie excelled as the Director of Café Operations at FairWave Coffee Collective. Earlier in the career, Katie spent nearly a decade at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®, where responsibilities included serving as Training General Manager, focusing on team development and operational efficiency.
