Rob Tolentino

Rob Tolentino is an experienced multi-unit general manager with a robust background in theater operations, currently serving AMC Theatres since May 2017 in the roles of Multi-Unit General Manager and Director of Operations. Prior to this, Rob held the position of Regional Director of Operations at Southern Theatres from March 2014 to May 2017, managing operational support for multiple locations across Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas. Rob's career includes significant roles at Frank Entertainment Companies, Rave Motion Pictures, Cinemark, and AMC Theatres, where responsibilities included overseeing numerous theaters, training management teams, and ensuring high standards of guest experience and operational performance. Rob earned a B.A. in Management and Marketing from Christopher Newport University, following studies at Old Dominion University.
