Chad Baker

Chad Baker is an experienced professional in the affordable housing sector, currently serving as Senior Development Manager at AMCAL Multi-Housing, Inc. since April 2022. Prior to this role, Chad held various positions at CitySquare, including Executive Director and Assistant Director of Housing Development from October 2015 to April 2022. Chad also worked at the Dallas Housing Authority from August 2009 to September 2015 as Administrator of Special Programs & Grants, and at the Houston Housing Authority from January 2007 to July 2009 as Assistant Administrator.
