Fernando Maluf

Fernando Maluf is a partner at Demarest Advogados, specializing in dispute resolution with extensive experience in preventive and pre-contentious situations as well as complex judicial and arbitral litigations, particularly in Public Law. They have held positions as a director at Amcham-Brasil for the InovArb initiative and as a professor in various law programs, including at Ibmec, Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, and Escola Paulista de Direito. Currently pursuing a doctorate in State Law at Universidade de São Paulo, Fernando has also participated in the ProLíder leadership program aimed at addressing Brazil's social challenges.
