Gabriella Polisel has extensive experience in people analytics, technology, and data environments within the People & Culture team at Nubank. With a global scope for over 8,000 employees, Gabriella has successfully managed teams and projects to enable informed people decisions and drive recruitment intelligence while ensuring diversity in new hires. Previously, Gabriella worked at Braskem as an HR Sr Manager focusing on people analytics across different regions, and at A.T. Kearney in various managerial roles.
