Leandro Pinheiro Domingues has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Leandro began their career in 2002 as a Senior at Terco Grant Thornton, where they worked until 2004. Leandro then joined Ernst & Young LLC in 2005 and served as a Senior Manager until 2013, leading IPOs and subsequent offers for companies in sectors such as construction, real estate, services, and retail.

In 2014, Leandro joined Estapar as a Controller, overseeing various departments such as tax, accounting, procurement, treasury, and contract management. During their tenure, they played a key role in Estapar's successful Initial Public Offering (IPO), raising over R$340 million. Leandro also implemented effective tax planning strategies, resulting in significant cost reductions and revenue growth for the company.

Leandro joined Vision One in 2020, where they held several positions, including Finance Director, CFO, Data Protection Officer, and Shared Service Center Officer. As CFO, they were responsible for the financial management and strategic decision-making of the company. Leandro also played a key role in the structuring and management of back-office departments. Leandro continues to work at Vision One, demonstrating their commitment and dedication to the company.

In addition to their roles in the private sector, Leandro has also been involved in academia. Leandro served as a Professor at Universidade Brasil from October 2017 to November 2018, further showcasing their expertise and passion for finance and accounting.
