Claire Qiongna

Claire Qiongna Ma currently serves as Vice President and Senior Director of Member Services at the American Chamber of Commerce in China since September 2021. Prior to this, Claire founded B & C Associates, a boutique consulting firm focused on market entry, business growth, public and government relations, and funding in the technology and education sectors in China from 2018 to August 2021. Claire also held positions as China General Manager at both Knewton, an AI company specializing in adaptive learning, from 2015 to 2017, and Ambassadors Group, which offers premium education programs globally, from 2010 to 2014. Earlier career experiences include serving as Intel APAC Marketing Manager from 2005 to 2009 and as Senior Program Manager at the Ministry of Education in China from 1996 to 2003. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Yale School of Management (2003-2005) and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Peking University.
