Stefano Chiocchetta

Stefano Chiocchetta, MRICS, serves as the Chief Real Estate Officer and Head of Real Estate at AMCO - Asset Management Company since September 2018. Prior to this role, Stefano held the position of Head of Asset Management at Aquileia Capital Services S.r.l. (Bain Capital Credit) from July 2014 to August 2018. Additionally, Stefano has extensive experience at Bizzi & Partners Development S.p.A., where roles included Asset Manager from February 2010 to June 2014, and previous positions in accounting and property management within the firm. Stefano has also contributed as a member of the Board of Directors at PropCo and possesses a strong educational background from Università Insubria - Varese.
