Robert Malfese

Robert Malfese has extensive experience in plant management and maintenance, currently serving as the Plant Manager and Plant Engineer at AMCOL International since March 2019, where custom loads of additives for foundry sand are mixed. Prior roles include Maintenance Manager positions at Kapstone Paper and JELD-WEN, Inc., and Plant Engineer at Tama Paperboard, overseeing steam systems and capital projects. Robert Malfese began a career in maintenance management at City Carton Recycling from 2005 to 2007. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa.
