Damian Ryduchowski

Damian Ryduchowski has extensive experience in account management and commercial excellence, currently serving as Regional Account Manager for Europe at Amcor since August 2017. In this role, Damian directs comprehensive account strategies, manages RFQ processes, and facilitates cross-functional collaboration with R&D and Operations. Previous positions at Amcor include Commercial Excellence Manager and Regional Account Manager for Western Europe, where responsibilities encompassed sales team empowerment and business pipeline management. Prior experience includes roles as a Commercial Analyst and Junior Operational Account Manager, as well as internships at Enkev Group BV and NEVEON. Damian holds a Master's degree in Management and an Engineer's degree in Business & Technology from Lodz University of Technology, along with a mobility semester at the Technical University of Denmark.
