Paolo Demaria

Paolo Demaria has a diverse work experience in planning and supply chain management. Paolo started their career as a Junior Research Assistant at CRPA SpA - Centro Ricerche Produzioni Animali in 2013. Paolo then joined Kerry in 2014, where they held various roles including Inventory Analyst, SAP Superuser, Transport Planner, and Supply Chain Analyst. Paolo worked at Kerry until 2020, during which they also served as a Supply Planner. In 2020, they joined Orica as a Planning Specialist EME and worked until 2021. Currently, Paolo is working at Amcor as a Business Unit Lead Supply Planner, starting in 2022.

Paolo Demaria earned a Bachelor's degree in Gastronomic Sciences from the University of Gastronomic Sciences - Pollenzo in 2008. Paolo then pursued a Master's degree in Economics and Management of the Agri-food System from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, completing it in 2012. In 2013, Paolo obtained a Master's degree in Management, Economics, and Consumer Studies, specializing in Operations Research and Logistics, from Wageningen University & Research. In terms of certifications, they have received a Kerry Group Graduate Management Certification from the Irish Management Institute in 2016, a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Cambridge in 2009, and an European Computer Driving License (ECDL) Core from AICA - Associazione Italiana per l'Informatica e il Calcolo Automatico in 2004.
