Vítor Mota is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and engineering. Currently serving as Product Development Director at Amcor Flexibles Europe, Middle East & Africa and previously as Product Development Manager, Vítor has been with the company since March 2010. Prior experience includes roles as Business Development, R&D, and CI Manager at Alcan and Maintenance Engineer positions at Sonae Indústria and Têxtil Manuel Gonçalves. Vítor also contributed to the academic field as a researcher at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at FEUP. Educationally, Vítor holds a Master of Science in Tribology, Materials Fatigue, and Fracture Mechanics from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade do Porto. In addition to engineering, Vítor has a background as a musician, performing as a piano and keyboard player for the Portuguese band "John is Gone" from 2005 to 2015.
