Megan Newberger

Megan Newberger, PE, is the owner of AMD Engineering, LLC, a full-service Woman Owned Small Business that specializes in Stormwater Management design and Transportation planning across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington D.C. With over 25 years of combined expertise among the firm's principals, Megan has successfully managed a range of public and private projects since establishing the company in March 2019. Prior to this, Megan served as a Project Manager at GORDON (formerly WHGA), where responsibilities included completing water resources and civil engineering projects focused on MS4/TMDL compliance and stormwater management. Earlier experience includes a role as a Civil/Environmental Engineer at URS Corporation, where Megan was involved in the maintenance of environmental programs for wastewater treatment and the development of traffic plans for various significant projects. Megan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, & Infrastructure Engineering from George Mason University.
