Tammo Heeren, PhD EE, received their Dipl.Ing. in Electrical Engineering from Fachhochschule Oldenburg/Ostfriesland/Wilhelmshaven in 1997. Tammo then went on to earn their PhD in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University in 2004.
