Doron Sterlicht

Doron Sterlicht is a multi-disciplinary executive currently serving as the Head of R&D at Amdocs, where they are responsible for the "amAIz" generative AI Framework, enhancing agility and customer experience in the telecom industry. Doron previously held positions at Amdocs, including Director of Professional Services and R&D Director, where they led strategic projects and developed innovative products. They hold a B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering from Ben Gurion University, where they also contributed as a teaching assistant. With a strong background in engineering and technical storytelling, Doron excels in fostering high-performing teams and driving product strategy.
