Kavita Rana

Kavita Rana serves as the Senior DGM & Head HR for North & East India and Corporate at Agilus Diagnostics since March 2020, overseeing the Business HR function for 2000 employees across over 200 locations. Prior experience includes roles as DGM & Head HR for SBU 1 at The Hain Celestial Group, where leadership of the HR function targeted both India and the Middle East, and HR Manager for the IMEA Region. Additional experience includes HR Business Partner roles at Amdocs, focusing on employee relations and HR process implementation, and Business Line HR at Huawei, managing core HR processes. Kavita began a career in human resources as a Management Trainee at Nissin Foods. Educational qualifications encompass certifications and degrees in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, and Business Administration from prestigious institutions, including IIT Delhi and Indira Gandhi National Open University.
