Richard Kateley

Richard Kateley is the current Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Research and Development at Amdocs. Richard has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including co-founding WatchMark, which introduced open performance management of wireless networks. Prior to their current position, Kateley held various leadership roles at ActionEngine, Watchmark-Comnitel, and One2One (now T-Mobile UK). Richard began their career as an architect and senior software engineer at Alcatel Research Labs.

Richard Kateley reports to Shuky Sheffer, President & CEO. They work with Matthew Smith - Secretary of Amdocs Limited, Roei Bar - Chief Information Technology Officer, and Gil Rosen - Chief Marketing Officer.
