Richard Kateley is the current Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Research and Development at Amdocs. Richard has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including co-founding WatchMark, which introduced open performance management of wireless networks. Prior to their current position, Kateley held various leadership roles at ActionEngine, Watchmark-Comnitel, and One2One (now T-Mobile UK). Richard began their career as an architect and senior software engineer at Alcatel Research Labs.
