Itamar Atzmony

Itamar Atzmony has a diverse work experience in the field of mechanical engineering. Itamar started their career at MEA Testing Systems Ltd. as a Team Leader and Mechanical Engineer from February 2016 to May 2017. Itamar then joined Nano Dimension as an R&D Mechanical Engineer from June 2016 to November 2017. Subsequently, they worked at Polygon Technologies as an R&D Mechanical Engineer from December 2017 to February 2019, where they were responsible for developing a fully automated and remotely monitored medication dispensing machine. Itamar then joined Helpo as a Co-Founder and Product Manager from February 2018 to February 2020, where they managed the product strategy and roadmap for a global mobile marketplace for home services on-demand. Itamar further worked at Highcon as an R&D Mechanical Engineer from February 2019 to February 2020. Currently, Itamar is serving as the VP of Engineering at Steakholder Foods, starting from March 2022.
