Rich Proctor

Rich Proctor has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as an Assistant Minister at Rotherham Evangelical Church. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Director at Cafe Nomad. In 2016, they began their engineering career as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Arnold Magnetic Technologies, where they later became a Production Engineer and a Senior Manufacturing Engineer until 2021. In 2021, they also served as the Managing Director at AME Group Ltd and AME-3D. In 2022, they took on the role of Managing Director at biild.

Rich Proctor has a diverse education history. From 2019 to 2022, they attended Sheffield University Management School, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Advanced Manufacturing Management. In 2020, they also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Aveta Business Institute, focusing on Continuous Improvement. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2018, Rich attended Sheffield Hallam University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Lastly, they attended Porterbrook Seminary from 2011 to 2014 and received a Diploma in Church Leadership.
