Scheryl Hogue

Scheryl Hogue is a Human Resource Director with extensive experience in managing various HR functions such as employee relations, recruiting, policy development, legal compliance, payroll, compensation, and benefit administration. Scheryl is skilled in developing and implementing recruiting and retention strategies, HR policies, pay structures, benefits programs, and employee training initiatives. Scheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations/Image Management from Eastern Kentucky University, as well as multiple Master's degrees in Human Resource Development from Xavier University. Scheryl has been serving in this role at F&M MAFCO, Inc. since January 1998 and currently holds the same position at AMECO since May 2022.
