Christi Fanning

Christi Fanning has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Christi began their career as a Staff RN at Palo Pinto General Hospital in 1994, where they gained experience in various departments including med/surg, emergency room, ICU, and OB/GYN. Christi then worked as an RN Case Manager at Graham General Hospital Home Health from 1996 to 1998, providing skilled care and case management to approximately 50 clients.

In 1998, Fanning joined Faith Community Hospital as an RN Shift Supervisor for the ER and Acute Care departments. Christi was responsible for providing supportive care to critically ill and injured patients in a Level 3 Trauma facility. Christi later became the Home Health Branch Director at the same hospital, managing a home health agency with a census of 60-70 patients and 10 staff members. Christi worked closely with the hospital administration and nursing services to ensure excellent service across all departments.

Fanning then moved to IntegraCare Holdings in 2005, where they held two roles. First, as a Home Health Branch Director, they managed a start-up branch with a census of 100-130 patients and approximately 20 staff members. Christi provided clinical and operational oversight, leading the branch to become the preferred agency in the community. Later, as an RN, Manager of Clinical Development, they provided training and support to all positions in home care, including software training, documentation, and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Christi then worked at Cantex Continuing Care Network in 2015 as an Administrator before joining Homecare Homebase as a Professional Services Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing professional services and overseeing operations.

Currently, Fanning is Vice President of Operational Excellence at Amedisys since 2023. Prior to this role, they served as an Assistant Vice President and Senior Director of Operations Support. Their responsibilities in these positions involved driving operational excellence and implementing effective strategies for success.

Christi Fanning attended Tarleton State University from 1990 to 1994 where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse.
