Kevin Comfort

Kevin Comfort has extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT, currently serving as the VP and Acting CISO at Amedisys since April 2021. Prior roles include VP of Cybersecurity Engineering & Operations and Sr. Director of Security Engineering at the same company. Kevin's background includes managerial positions at Entergy, overseeing Security Architecture and Security Intelligence, as well as leadership roles in vulnerability management at GE Power and GE Capital. Early career experiences include IT auditing and engineering at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Louisiana and Freddie Mac, alongside an IT internship and support technician role. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and Decision Sciences from Louisiana State University.
