Lauren Aicklen

Lauren Aicklen has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lauren started their career in 2005 as an HR Assistant at HR Solutions, LLC, where they provided support for 50 clients with over 1750 employees. In 2006, they joined ReliaGene Technologies as an HR Administrator, responsible for all aspects of HR for an 80-employee laboratory. In 2008, they joined Amedisys, where they held various roles including Compensation Analyst and Compensation Manager, where they managed the design and implementation of compensation strategies for over 13,000 employees. Most recently, they served as the Senior Director of Compensation at Amedisys.

Lauren Aicklen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a field of study in Pre Law from Louisiana State University in 2005. In 2006, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management with a field of study in Human Resources Management from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute in 2008.
