Pam Derbin has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, with a strong background in home health care and care management. Pam started their career at Marlton, N.J. in 2000 as a Clinical Nurse Manager, where they led a team of nurses providing comprehensive homecare services. Pam then moved on to Jewish Hospital & St. Mary's HealthCare in 2006, where they served as a Clinical Nurse Manager, overseeing the Central Intake and Home Care Coordination departments. In 2008, they joined Humana as a Field Care Manager, responsible for managing high acuity members in the home and promoting positive health outcomes. Pam was later promoted to Manager of Care Management, where they oversaw 16 contracted home care companies and ensured the delivery of quality care to over 500 high acuity members. Most recently, they joined Amedisys in 2019 as the Director of Operations, where they are responsible for the overall organization and financial management of a home health care center. Overall, Pam Derbin brings a wealth of experience in care management, leadership, and clinical nursing to their roles.

Pam Derbin obtained a Diploma in Nursing from Community Medical Center School of Nursing from 1975 to 1978. Later, from 1975 to 1977, they pursued Registered Nursing, Registered Nurse, Nursing Administration, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing at Marywood University. Pam furthered their education by earning a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Indiana Wesleyan University between 2007 and 2009.
