Scott Steehler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Scott began their career as a Resident Advisor at James Madison University in 2010 and went on to hold various positions including Chemistry Research Assistant, Undergraduate Hall Director, and Administrative Coordinator. Scott also worked as a Student Involvement Intern at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, a Housing Assessment Intern at the University of South Carolina, and a Student Conduct Practicum at Marquette University. Scott then joined Indiana University Bloomington as an Assistant Residence Manager before transitioning to Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University as a Residential Learning Coordinator. There, they managed a team of 30 graduate and student staff, coordinated staff recruitment, and served in an on-call role responsible for addressing major behavioral concerns and crises. After their time at Virginia Tech, Scott worked as a Program Manager- Housing Operations at the University of Cincinnati, where they remained until 2022. Scott then joined Fort Washington Investment Advisors, Inc. as a Senior Data Analyst before moving to their current role as a Business Intelligence Consultant at AMEND Consulting in 2023.
Scott Steehler completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at James Madison University from 2009 to 2013. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in College Student Personnel Administration at Marquette University from 2013 to 2015. Most recently, they completed a Master of Science in Business Analytics at the University of Cincinnati from 2020 to 2022.
