David Leach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the submarine program sector. Currently serving as Project Lead for Amentum's support to the COLUMBIA and VIRGINIA Submarine Program Offices since August 2018, David is actively involved in hiring personnel with relevant submarine experience. Prior to this role, a brief employment as a Go-to Guy occurred while seeking to reenter the workforce in June 2018. From August 2007 to June 2017, David held leadership positions at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., including Future Naval Capabilities Group Leader and Principal Policy Analyst. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California, earned between 1978 and 1981.
