Eric Whitaker is a seasoned operations and logistics professional with extensive experience in support of international programs and military justice. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager and Ukraine Operations Advisor for Amentum, Eric has advised on the Department of Justice’s International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program in Ukraine and Moldova. Previous roles include Operations Manager for the DOS Global Antiterrorism Training & Assistance and Global Peacekeeping Operations Initiative programs, and service as a US Army Reservist specializing in military justice and African affairs. Eric has also held positions as Human Rights Subject Matter Expert at PAE, Regional Director at Forcier focusing on East Africa, and Outreach Coordinator for Congresswoman Tammy Duckworth. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in International Human Rights Law from The American University in Cairo and a Bachelor of Arts in History from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
