John Eschenberg is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the nuclear and environmental sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Amentum since November 2024, Eschenberg previously held the position of President at both Central Plateau Cleanup Company and Washington River Protection Solutions (WRPS) from May 2022 to October 2024 and January 2020 to April 2022, respectively. Prior roles include President of WRPS and Senior Vice President of Nuclear & Environment at AECOM, where Eschenberg focused on key projects such as the Salt Waste Processing Facility Integration and Tank Closure Cesium Removal. Additional experience includes a directorial role at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Capital Projects and Infrastructure and a Project Executive position at the U.S. Department of Energy, managing multiple programs. Eschenberg is an alumnus of MIT Sloan School of Management.
