Ken Rolison

Ken Rolison, MS-HRM, currently serves as the Strategic Director of HR Operations at Amentum following the merger of Jacobs CMS and Amentum in October 2024. Prior to this role, Ken held various strategic HR positions at Jacobs from September 2017 to September 2024, focusing on critical mission solutions and overseeing HR operations for significant employee organizations. Ken's extensive experience at Raytheon from 2001 to 2017 included leadership roles in HR strategy, workforce planning, and operations management for diverse product lines. Ken holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Administration and Food Science from Texas A&M University.
