Lindsey Hofmann

Lindsey Hofmann currently serves as Learning and Development Manager/Senior Instructional Designer at EBlock, a position held since August 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Learning Architect at Molson Coors Beverage Company from September 2019 to July 2021, and as Instructional Design Manager at MRA - The Management Association from January 2016 to June 2019, where notable achievements included the creation of the first blended learning program that significantly boosted participation and revenue. Lindsey has also held instructional design roles at Farm Bureau Financial Services and training positions at GuideOne Insurance and Signal 88 Security. Lindsey Hofmann holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Iowa State University.
