Michelle Pagán is a seasoned recruiter at Amentum, specializing in the recruitment of cleared linguists since July 2021. Previously, Michelle served as a Senior Operations Specialist at Amentum, acting as a vital liaison with the Department of Defense while processing candidates and leading orientation sessions on policy and training. Michelle's career also includes experience as a Senior Operations Specialist at Global Linguist Solutions and a Logistics Manager in the United States Army Reserve. Early roles in the United States Air Force included Civilian Police Officer and Patrolman/Security Clerk/Supervisor.
