Rick Crogan

Rick Crogan has a diverse work experience in the aviation industry and the military. Rick started their career in 1987 in the US Army, where they served as a Master Army Aviator and Brigade Commander until 2013. During this time, they also worked with the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) as a Task Force (FWD) / Unit Commander from 1995 to 2005. In 2013, they joined Sikorsky as a P&L Group Leader for a year before moving to Amentum in 2014. At Amentum, they hold the position of Senior Vice President - Operations (Aviation) and is responsible for managing complex DOD and commercial aviation specialized programs in austere and decentralized environments. Rick oversees a $600M+ profit and loss center and a $22B growth pipeline, making him the leader of the largest portfolio in the Company’s Aviation Business Unit.

Rick Crogan has attended the University of Kansas - Graduate School of Business, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. Rick also holds a FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration.
