Sam Nazari

Sam Nazari, Ph.D. has a strong background in electrical engineering and advanced research, with extensive experience in both industry and academia. Currently serving as a SETA at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) since October 2020 and as a Program Manager at Amentum since January 2021, Sam has previously held roles such as Principal Research Scientist (AI/ML) at Scientific Systems, Senior Research Scientist at Systems & Technology Research, and Senior Member of Technical Staff at Draper Laboratory. Sam's early career includes work as an Applications Engineer at The MathWorks. Sam holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and has completed graduate coursework at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
