Mike Roche

Mike Roche is the current Deputy Director of Operations at Omega Air Refueling Services. Prior to joining Omega Air Refueling Services, Mike Roche was a Senior Systems T&E Analyst at Core Services Group, Inc. from September 2015 to January 2020.

From December 2008 to November 2011, Mike Roche was an Operations Program Manager at US Special Operations Command. In April 2014, they became an Operations Center Director/UAS Program Manager at US Navy and held this position until August 2015. Mike Roche was also an Operations Officer at CVW-3 from February 2012 to March 2014.

From January 2008 to December 2008, Mike Roche was an Operations Department Manager at US Navy. Mike was also a Maintenance Manager from October 2006 to December 2007. Lastly, Mike Roche served as a Naval Aviator from September 1997 to March 2014.

Mike Roche has a bachelor's degree in ocean engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a master of business administration (M.B.A.) in business administration and management, general, from the University of South Florida.

They work with Chris Sorensen - Deputy Director, Operations, Ryan Murphy - SVP, Operations & Finance, and Libby Vertz - Chief of Staff. Mike Roche reports to Bill Schaefer, Chairman & President.
