Vlad Bacalu

Vlad Bacalu has a diverse and extensive work experience. Vlad started their career at Advanced Technology Services in 2007, where they held roles such as Product Manager, New Business Development Manager, and Director of Lean and Reliability Services. In 2012, they joined AECOM as a Director and later became the VP of Strategic and Technical Solutions before transitioning to their role as SVP Strategic & Technical Solutions. In 2018, Bacalu also became a Board Member and Past Chair for the Global Forum on Maintenance and Asset Management (GFMAM). In 2019, they joined SMRP as a Board Officer and eventually served as the SMRP Past Chair. Currently, Bacalu holds the position of SVP Strategic & Technical Solutions at Amentum since 2020.

Vlad Bacalu holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Cluj Napoca.
