Hannelore Kramser-Saringer

Hannelore Kramser-Saringer has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. From 2004 to 2023, they worked at Bosch Österreich, where they held various positions including Senior Manager in Training and People Development, Controlling, Finance, and Administration, and as an HR Business Partner. In 2023, they joined Amer Sports as the Senior Director of Human Resources for Global Supply Chain Operations & Atomic, and previously served as the Director of Human Resources for Winter Sports Equipment.

Hannelore Kramser-Saringer completed their undergraduate education from Fachhochschule Salzburg between 2000 and 2004, where they earned a degree in Business Administration and Information Management (Magistra FH). Hannelore also received training in mediation and conflict resolution from FUTURE Training, Beratung, Coaching and became a Mediator and Conflict Expert. Additionally, they pursued studies in Positive Psychology at Inntal Institut and obtained a Systemic Business Coach certification from hauserconsulting. Hannelore is a member of ÖBM Österreichischer Bundesverband für Mediation.
