Koichi Hayakawa

Koichi Hayakawa has a diverse background in finance and accounting. Koichi started their career at Nestlé in 2001, working as a factory accountant before becoming a Cost Controller and later a Management Accountant. In 2012, they joined Nestlé Nespresso SA as a Business Controller and later became the Finance Manager at Nespresso Singapore. From 2017 to 2019, Koichi served as the Finance Director at Nespresso Japan. In 2019, they joined Dyson as the Head of Finance and later became the Finance Director at Dyson Japan. Currently, they hold the position of Finance Director at Amer Sports Japan, starting in 2023.

Koichi Hayakawa earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Kwansei Gakuin University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.
