Luca Valentini

Luca Valentini has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Luca started their career as an intern at Bocconi University's Office for Market Research in 2007. Luca then worked as a Financial Controller at Start srl, a retail company, from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they became a Finance Manager at Benetton Group Retailer - Start srl. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Senior Financial Controller at Esmeralda Praia Hotel - Saal empreendimentos. In 2015, Luca joined Amer Sports as the Financial Controller Export EMEA and later held roles such as EMEA Pricing and Profitability Finance Manager and Business Controlling Manager, Finance - EMEA GTM. Luca'smost recent position at Amer Sports was as the Director and then Senior Director of Corporate Strategy. Overall, Luca Valentini has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, planning processes, business intelligence, and corporate strategy.

Luca Valentini completed an Executive MBA from IESE Business School from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Hanken & SSE Executive Education in 2018 for the Controller Performance Program. In 2005, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Economics from Università Bocconi. In addition, they participated in a Summer Program in Management of International Organization at New York University in 2006. Luca Valentini also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Università Bocconi in 2005. Luca has additional certifications in SAP (SAP01e_10) from SAP obtained in 2015, as well as TOEFL and GRE from Educational Testing Service (ETS) obtained in 2008.
