Megan Vandehey

Megan Vandehey is an experienced professional in internal audit and strategic planning, currently serving as the Manager of Internal Audit at Amer Sports since October 2025. Previously, Megan held various managerial roles at LanzaTech from November 2021 to October 2025, including overseeing the internal audit function and implementing the Compliance Risk Management Framework. Megan also coordinated global sustainability certification efforts and managed vendor relationships. Prior to LanzaTech, Megan served in the US Army from November 2012 to February 2021, progressing through multiple leadership positions that involved intelligence operations and team management across Europe. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Johns Hopkins University and an Advanced Certificate in Sustainable Urban Horticulture from City Colleges of Chicago.
