Salla Sundström

Salla Sundström has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Salla is currently working at Amer Sports as Interim HR Director, overseeing talent management and HR policies. Prior to that, they held a similar role at Amer Sports, focusing on performance, reward, and HR analytics. Salla also worked as an Entrepreneur at Coaching Mind and as a Senior Consultant at Kulmia Leaders. In addition, they have held significant HR positions at Neste, Amer Sports Corporation, Suunto, and Rautaruukki Oyj, where they were responsible for various HR functions and strategic initiatives. Salla has a proven track record of implementing organizational changes, developing leadership cultures, and driving capability building programs.

Salla Sundström obtained a Master of Science and Licentiate of Technology degree in Materials Science and Rock Engineering, with a focus on metallurgy, from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, completing their studies from 1984 to 1989.
