Wilhelm Kerl

Wilhelm Kerl is the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Amer Sports. Wilhelm has over twenty-five years of experience in business management, with a focus on strategic planning, process optimization, and quality assurance.

Wilhelm began their career in October 1993 as the General Manager Division Sports & Service at Wintersteiger AG. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's sports and service divisions. Wilhelm then spent three years as the Senior Vice President / Group Operations at Amer Sports Corporation, where they oversaw strategic and operative business management in Europe, North America, and Asia. In this role, they also led more than 3T employees (direct and indirect) globally, and was responsible for the budget of more than 1,2 Bio. €.

In July 2016, Wilhelm became the Chief Supply Chain Officer at Amer Sports. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company's supply chain management department. Wilhelm is also responsible for developing efficient sourcing structures, and for managing the company's budget.

Wilhelm Kerl has an MBA in Business Management from the University of Toronto and a degree in Leading Change and Organisational Renewal from Harvard Business School.

They work with Douglas Gilbert - Interim CFO, Jutta Karlsson - General Counsel, and Victor Chen - Chief Strategy Officer. Their manager is James Zheng, Board Executive Director & CEO.
