Lisa Gonzalez

Lisa Gonzalez is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in sales strategy and administration. Currently serving as SVP/Head of Sales Strategy & Administration at Amerant Bank since December 2023, Lisa has held several leadership positions, including Head of Business & Professional Banking at BanescoUSA and Managing Director at Devon Insurance Advisors. Prior to these roles, Lisa spent nearly a decade at First Horizon Bank in various senior vice president capacities, along with significant positions at Regions Bank, Citi, SunTrust, and Bank of America. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
