Nicholas Gentile started their professional career as a Summer Intern at Advent Lutheran Church in 2018. During this role, they performed various tasks around the church office, visited church members and affiliates who were unable to attend services, and occasionally served as an assistant minister and delivered sermons.
In 2018, Nicholas also worked as a Student Caller at Temple University Telefund, where they contacted alumni and donors for fundraising purposes.
In 2020, they served as a Small Business Consultant at the Institute for Business and Information Technology at Temple University.
During the summer of 2020, Nicholas worked as a Summer Help Computer Technician for the Upper Darby School District.
From 2021 to 2022, they gained experience as a Data Intern at Steppingstone Scholars, where they created and coded mathematics questions for a computer adaptive test, conducted data research on Philadelphia neighborhoods and food insecurity for grant applications, and built out a mathematics computer adaptive test using Concerto, an open-source testing platform.
Currently, Nicholas Gentile is working as a Database Developer at AmerCareRoyal, starting in 2022. In addition, they also hold the position of IT Intern at the same company, starting in 2021.
Nicholas Gentile attended Rustin High School from 2014 to 2018. Nicholas then pursued further education at the Fox School of Business at Temple University from 2018 to 2022, specializing in Management Information Systems, General.
